Suyamiko is intended for use by children at least 13 years of age. If a child requests access to our website or other services, they will be assumed to be at least 13 years of age. Conflicts involving any failure to meet any separate minimum age requirement maintained by any platform our services run on should be brought to said applicable platforms.
We recognise the importance of maintaining the privacy of children. We are committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding children, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("CORPA"), 15 USC § 6501, et seq. Except in limited circumstances allowed by CORPA, we do not and will not knowingly request, collect, store, maintain, or share any personally identifiable information of children under the age of 13, without first obtaining the consent of a legal guardian. In those limited instances, we will only collect reasonably necessary information, and we will not share with third parties any personally identifiable information of a child under the age of 13 without the explicit consent of a legal guardian, or as permitted by CORPA or other applicable law. If at any point you wish to review, amend, or request removal of your child's information, please contact us in the support server and provide the name and account information to identify your child's account on specific platforms.

Other information, such as logs are stored in the form of text files.
Log files cannot be accessed from the outside world except through a direct, authenticated connection to the host servers (secure).
Information designed to be customisable, such as Command "prefixes," are stored in Databases.

Your Rights and Requesting Deletion of Information
Upon written request, we will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information.
Data Deletion Procedures
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting Kazuko#0180 or William Zhou#0001 via the support server. We will respond to your request within a timeframe imposed by local laws or a reasonable timeframe.
When you delete or update your account or information, we first aim to immediately remove any previously viewable data from view. We then begin the process of securely and safely deleting your personal information from our systems.
Please note that after completing this process and removal of the Bot from your server(s) (if applicable), all data related to you and your user will be removed permanently and we will not be able to restore or retrieve your data in the future. We design our systems to protect information from accidental or malicious destruction, so to ensure a safe and thorough removal process, we may not immediately delete residual copies from our active servers and may not remove some information from our backup systems. In addition, things like routine maintenance, unexpected outages, bugs, or failures in our protocols may cause delays in our standard processes and timeframes, however we maintain systems designed to detect and remediate such issues.
